Ordered over 100 of these for business gifts. They’re beautifully made and people like them. My only negative comment is that the lids don’t have a closing mechanism. You can buy an upgraded top, but I didn’t realize that until I received the tumblers. The engraving and the full color options are both perfect. Also, very good customer service and great communication and speed getting them.
