BEFORE YOU ORDER

HOW CUSTOMIZATION WORKS
After checkout, you will receive a link to our online design center where you can upload your logo, adjust sizing and placement, and submit a digital mockup. Production begins after your artwork is submitted.

PREFER WE HANDLE SETUP?
If you prefer not to use the design center, you may message us directly with your artwork file. We will handle sizing, placement, and setup for you. This option does not include any customer preview or proof prior to production. Your order will move forward after our internal artwork review unless there is an issue with the file.

PROOFS AND ARTWORK REVIEW
Customers may review and submit their own digital mockup using the design center. We do not automatically send proofs. Every order includes a complimentary artwork review, and we will contact you if there are any issues before production.

1 SIDE VS 2 SIDE PRINTING
1 Side: All artwork printed on one face of the tumbler
2 Side: Artwork printed on both the front and back
Individual names are optional and are typically printed on the opposite side of the logo.

FILE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred formats are SVG, AI, PDF, and EPS.
High resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted. Files are printed exactly as provided.

PRINT DURABILITY AND CARE
Designs are printed directly into the coating, not vinyl or decals, and will not peel or lift. Hand wash recommended for best longevity.

COLOR ACCURACY
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print. Exact Pantone color matching is not guaranteed, but we optimize for the closest visual match.

TIMING AND DELIVERY
Production begins after artwork is submitted. Delays in uploading artwork or sending files may delay shipment. Delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimates and not guaranteed.

BULK ORDERS
Discounted pricing is available for orders of 24 or more tumblers. Message us for larger quantities or custom quotes.

USAGE RIGHTS
By placing an order, you confirm you own or have permission to use all submitted logos and artwork.
